Eagles這樂團已經不需要再特別介紹，
Hotel California 是所有吉他手必練的國歌，
而Desperado也是一首可以讓每個人著迷的經典曲目。

1994年"Hell Freezes Over"專輯的發行，中文標題"永遠不可能的事"，
距離上一張專輯發行已經超過十幾年前的事了，對所有樂迷來說，
這樣的復出，是讓人特別的興奮，打開唱盤第一首歌"Hotel California"
全然的古典吉他編曲重新詮釋，完全不同的風味，
雙吉他對飆，由電吉他變為木吉他，精采不減當年。

這張專輯的DVD現場錄影，是相當值得珍藏的實況，
記得以前看Eagles過去MV，再對比現場的表演，
經過時間粹練後的音樂，更是完美成熟。

除了主唱Don Henley與Glenn Frey ，
特別讓我注意的是貝斯手Timothy B. Schmit，
Timothy長髮依舊，只是臉上的皺紋掩不住歲月的痕跡，
聽著他彈著貝斯 慢慢唱出這首Love Will Keep Us Alive，
不為他的歌聲所著迷 真的很難。
